**Job Summary**
The **Training Instructor** provides technical and behavioral training, conducts theoretical and practical activities according to the established project.
Acts in transmitting the theoretical and practical content of the training program.
Vacancy designed to train consultants and managers who work in B2C sales in the telephone segment.
**Main activities**:
- Application of in-person and virtual training;
- Control of attendance and reports;
- Take care of the resources made available by the company and contractor;
- Ensure understanding of the proposed content, and report to the manager positive points and improvements identified in their performance
**Qualifications**:
- Desirable Complete degree in the areas of technology and/or learning
- Knowledge of learning methodologies and classroom teaching for both face-to-face and virtual training
- Planning and organization skills
- MS Office
- Knowledge of video conferencing resources for implementing virtual training
