**The Role**: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jr. Lead Generation Specialist to join RoverPass.
This entry-level position is crucial for gathering and managing high-quality leads from government counties to support our sales and marketing efforts.
The Jr. Lead Generation Specialist will follow a structured process to identify and compile potential leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance to our target markets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads from government counties.
- Utilize various online tools and databases to gather contact information and other relevant data about potential leads.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of lead information in our database.
- Follow established processes and guidelines for lead sourcing.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Maintain organized records of leads and regularly update the database to reflect new information or changes.
- Attend team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for lead sourcing.
