What you will do Responsible for implementing and overseeing the 3D printing process in the maintenance operations of the SJC site, ensuring its seamless integration into daily operations.
This includes developing projects focused on printing spare parts, jigs, and tools to support ongoing activities.
Additionally, responsible for establishing a structured process for print management and queue prioritization, while continuously exploring new processes to drive innovation and add value to the Maintenance Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities Act as the focal point for 3D printing in Brazil, facilitating communication among global teams.Organize and lead 3D printing training sessions for the maintenance team, fostering an Industry 4.0 mindset.Perform 3D modeling and 3D printing of parts.Oversee the use and perform the equipment's maintenance.Support and lead projects focused on innovation, cost reduction and lead time optimization for spare parts.What We Are Looking For University degree in Engineering or a related field with experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends in engineering.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.3D Design and Modeling skills.Previous experience with 3D printing.Advanced English.Desired Qualifications Preferred experience in Autodesk Fusion 360 or a related 3D modeling software.Experience with Power BI and Power Apps will be a plus.What's in it for you Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development Opportunities.Employee Resource Groups.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
