What you'll do:
As a Product Development Engineer JR, you will work in cross functional project teams, and be part of the development of medium and high complexity refrigerator Interior components and solutions. If you have great communicational and organizational skills, an analytic frame of mind, and are just looking for an opportunity to exercise all of your creativity, you've just found it! In detail, you will:
Plan and execute Interior Components' deliverables within projects with agreed-upon timing and budget.
Meet the company targets for Interior Components related to recyclability, modularization, sustainability and cost reduction.
Introduce new technologies, materials and processes related to automation and product excellence.
Recognize risks and implement mitigation plans for critical items.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Experience with CAD software (CATIA preferrable);
Experience with product development projects;
Experience with development of Plastic and Metallic components;
Proficient with tools associated with Product Development Management: Stage-gate development processes, design reviews, DFMEA, DFA;
Knowledge in production and manufacturing proceses;
Advanced English.

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux operations, this plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
