Overview The role requires facilitation and collaboration with various stakeholders and IT Application Delivery teams supporting primarily SAP and Salesforce in the Commercial and Supply Chain space with some involvement with Finance and Procurement teams. ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will have/be able to demonstrate:• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, InformationTechnology)• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary• Language: English (Portuguese is a plus)Required Skills/Qualifications:o Project Planning: Serve as Project Manager for initiatives where a detailed planalready exists, as well as in some scenarios where one is needed. This plan will needto incorporate and align with Agile Scrum Team resource availability, sprint planning,and business priority/value, supporting the long-term product roadmap.o Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with business stakeholders to confirmresolution timelines and business impact. Work with cross-functional IT teams toalign as needed for end-to-end resolution & testing.o Data Analysis: Using data from Service Now and JIRA, maintain a cross-reference toensure IT teams are aware of business priorities, ETCs are set and alignedo Stakeholder Coordination: Working with business stakeholders to ensure prompt UATturnarounds to support efficient move to production where applicable.• Preferred skills/Qualifications:o Strong Communication Skillso Excellent Organization & Time Management Skillso General Data Analysis and Reporting: JIRA Dashboards, filters, as well as strong Excelknowledge is needed.
