Jr Sales Assistant

SummaryThe Junior Sales Assistant position will be a backoffice in the Sales department by giving support to the LATAM team in the business development and Marketing, including support in the supplier attendance, commercial process addressing engineering, logistics, process, program, management issues and quality.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales analyst in the systems, for including data and searching for information in our internal system:
CIM, CRM and SAP.Create sales data in the SAP system:
sales order, remittance order, purchase order and others.Support for LATAM Reports:
Weekly Reports, Volume figures analysis, OPL reports, Plant MeetingReports.Updated daily exchange Rate variation monitoring and overall Sales figures including LATAM marketing Sales.
Support commercial and technical presentations preparation when necessary.Support the sales analyst in the IT systems, for including data and searching customer´s portal.Provide backoffice support to the Sales teams with system:
traveling scheduling and others.Support of audit documentation:
IATF,14001 and others.
Be the first point of contact to the Customer Stellantis.
Frequent business travel.Be responsible for the Customer´s portal.

Engineering, Administration or similar.Intermediate Spanish is preferred.
