This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Telecommunications Analyst from
Sao Paulo, Brazil.

We are looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Telecommunications Analyst in our team.
The main focus of this role will be to act as an analyst specialized in the services of a TDM/VOIP telephone operator.
The ideal candidate will have experience in activating, managing and monitoring TDM/VOIP telephony systems, with outstanding skills in analyzing VoIP/SIP calls.
In addition, advanced knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols and SIP signaling is desirable.

Responsibilities:
Monitor performance of Telefonica and UCaaS systems, managing and resolving possible occurrences.
Conduct deep analysis of the SIP protocol for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Provide advanced support in the Telephony area for end customers and work in the operations area.
Collect event logs and traces to analyze and troubleshoot systems.
Actively monitor telecom networks, gateways, SBC, and cloud instances.
Operate telecom devices and monitoring platforms, working on alarm management.
Share knowledge through training and support to other analysts on the team.
Conduct integration processes between PABX/UCaaS systems and other platforms such as CRM.
Requirements:
Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure (IP and Voice services).
3+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routers, Switches, and Telephone Systems.
Knowledge of Cloud tools and environment, preferably AWS.
Experience with TDM and NGN Telephony Networks.
Installation and configuration of network equipment.
Installation and configuration of VoIP, IP PBX, or UCaaS equipment.
Proficiency in network protocols - TCP/IP.
Experience with SIP signaling protocol.
Knowledge of SS7, ISDN, and R2 signaling protocol.
Familiarity with data communication links, E1, Metro Ethernet.
Experience with software such as Splunk, Zabbix, SolarWinds.
Completed or ongoing higher education related to Technology, Networks, and/or Telecommunications (Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Networks, or similar).
Pluses:
Previous role in a telecommunications operator is desirable.
Essential: Fluent English.
Differential: Spanish.
