Responsibilities: Developing training content;Analyzing the technical information required for development, together with the Instructional Designer or Coordinator/Manager;Elaborating the content, adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience/training, according to the briefing provided;Developing support materials such as lesson plans, handouts, instructor manuals, learning assessment instruments and test questions;Reporting to the Coordinator/Manager.Qualifications Previous experience or solid knowledge of developing training content.Solid writing and editing skills.
This includes the ability to create clear, concise and engaging texts for different audiences.Knowledge of authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, will be a plus.Proficiency in Portuguese is essential.
This includes grammar, spelling and writing style.Although it is not necessary to be a professional graphic designer, understanding basic design concepts (such as layout, typography and colors) is useful for creating visually appealing content.Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and technological advances in the field of telecommunications.Proactivity and curiosity: Ability to carry out effective research to find relevant and up-to-date information on telecommunications, customer service and customer experience.
Willingness to constantly research, learn and innovate.Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage content development projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and materials are delivered on schedule.Lifelong Learning: Willingness to learn and assimilate new information quickly, keeping up to date with changes and advances in the field of telecommunications and home automation.Teamwork: Working in collaboration with other team members, such as designers, developers and DIs.
