Purpose of Position As a Junior AdOps Manager, you will be exposed to every aspect of operations in the Client Services department at Brazil's most exciting and innovative affiliate marketing network. You will form an integral part of our Client Service team, providing essential support to our Account Managers and clients on both administrative and operational levels.

Key Tasks Validation of transactions and control of monthly closing together with our clients. Update of materials of the platform such as links, product feed, banners, and email marketing. Commissioning verification of our accounts. Technical verification of our clients – identification of tech issues. Financial monitoring together with our clients. Skills & Expertise Good understanding of affiliate marketing and a real interest in the industry. Exude a friendly and professional manner with confidence working with people at all levels and when communicating directly with clients. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be highly organized and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously. Have impeccable attention to detail. Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Focus on process improvement and automation. Solid knowledge in Excel. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Organization and attention to detail are essential. Focused on processes and deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to share technical information clearly and accurately.
