As our Junior Flight Operations Specialist, you would be working directly with the Flight Operations team. As a team, we have the challenge to always provide a good and fast service in order to be able to achieve our company's objectives. We like to focus on Ventura TRAVEL's values. You will report directly to the Flights Operations Team Lead, Isabel, and you will be part of the Flights Operations Team, giving direct support to our Flight Operations Specialists for Viventura. Currently, we have a team of 4 Flights Operations Specialists, you might be the 5th!
**_On daily basis you will_**:
- Support our 2 Flight Operations Specialists for Viventura
- Make reservations in Amadeus
- Issue group tickets
- Input information in our internal system
- Constant communications with both Flights Teams
- Be ready to answer emergency calls on a rotating basis with the rest of the team
**_The basics you bring along_**:
- Basic Amadeus knowledge
- English proficiency in speaking and writing at least B1
- Experience on Customer Service with great service mentality
- Good skills on prioritizing and organization
- Great analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to details
- Being able to work under pressure

- Have experience working with other GDS.
