Junior Business Process EngineerLocation: Brazil (Remote)Job Purpose: Business Process Engineer collects Customer requirements and prepares technical documentation for development teams, proposes solutions based on the Customer's needs and Freight Audit system's capabilities. Business Process Engineer understands business part and "translates" business needs into the technical language. Performs the improvements of business performance through process optimization.Main Responsibilities:Management of new projects (ECI – independently or with minimum mentor support; NCI with mentor or with support of more experienced colleague); handling related BAI tasks in JIRA;Change request tasks (CH) handling in JIRA and execution of the changes requested by external and internal users;Project documentation and clients' requirements analysis (project details clarification, master data and process flow analysis, technical documentation (specifications) preparation and logics update initiation via JIRA tasks);Project documentation creation and update (testing scenarios, project transfer checklist, Shipper&Carrier specifics, scope details etc);Communication/cooperation within Deployment (PM, SE, BA, DEV, QA), Operation Departments and TP PS team, TP TOPS team (if applicable per project);Correspondence with clients via emails, participation in regular external and internal meetings/calls;Creation, management and execution of Optimization tasks (low or medium level of logics complexity);Creation and provision of instructions/specifics to Operation Department for further scope processing while LIVE phase and consequent update of Business Process/SOP etc.Qualifications:Core Experience:Proven work experience: internally within Transporeon/Trimble as SIA of APT, AAT or RMT specialist for not less than 1 year; externally as PM, BA, logistics specialist etc. for not less than 1.5 years;High level of proactive thinking and analytical skills;Decision-making skills;Experience of work in an international diverse environment, with cross-functional distributed teams, using English as our common language.Hard Skills:Advanced level of written (and spoken) English, preferably also other modern business languages;FRED system and related tools knowledge (IR, FSI, WO, ECR etc.) would be a plus;Excellent business correspondence skills;Atlassian products knowledge (JIRA, Confluence);Google and MS tools proficiency;Knowledge of logistics environment data analysis;Maintaining a thorough understanding of Freight Audit industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that implemented by team audit processes adhere to clients' requirements;Experience in one or more of the following systems will be a plus: SAP ERP, Transport Management system;Knowledge of logistics environment data analysis (analysis of Client transportation data incl. carriers, suppliers, WH activities; financial data related to freight pricing and freight expenses planning) would be a plus.Soft Skills:Critical thinking;Detail-orientation;Ability to fast learning;High stress-resistance;Ability to prioritize tasks and timely escalate in case of necessity;High level of self-discipline, ability to manage working time to fulfil responsibilities and keep work-life balance;Ability to maintain effective internal/external communication.About UsTrimble is transforming the way the world works by delivering products and services that connect the physical and digital worlds.
