Commercial Operations Manager - (Portuguese & English Speaker)
As our Commercial Operations Manager - Brazil, your key objective will be to support our market growth, quickly gain insight and knowledge about the specificity of the market, get acquainted with different stakeholders (located across offices in the world), and ensure you build the right foundations for scalability.
In essence, you will be placed at the center of business communications, coordinating work between internal and external teams, and becoming an expert in affiliate marketing. Additionally, you will be encouraged to maintain long-term relationships with partners as communication with them is crucial for the business flow.

Your main responsibilities:
We appreciate a person who can see the wider picture and understand the logic behind it. You will be working in an international business environment with your team supervisors based in Europe; therefore, being independent will be greatly appreciated. The responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for commercial operational aspects (including, but not limited to, account setup, creating and integrating tracking links, ordering content and updates, managing and coordinating campaigns, ensuring compliant implementation, reporting on performance).
Alignment with Business Owners & Commercial Managers to support the business strategy.
Own the full overview of our local websites & media partnerships and understand their performance as those are our main assets.
Collaborate closely with the wider Commercial Operations team based in Serbia to ensure a full understanding of our key markets, their legal requirements, and different development priorities.
Awareness of the competitor's landscape and reporting to the Commercial team to improve Better Collective's current position.
Ensure best practices: always strive for better solutions and improvements; we really like to hear new ideas.

Need to have:
Experience working with Partners and/or Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or similar roles.
Knowledge and experience working in the igaming industry.
Native Portuguese speaker and excellent English communication skills (B2+).
Ability to focus and work in a dynamic business environment.
Experience working in a digital environment where you also feel comfortable.
Motivated, team-oriented, and with a strong work ethic.
Very structured, good at prioritizing tasks.
We would love it if you also have (it would be considered an asset, but not mandatory):
You have a knack for numbers and an eye for spotting trends and discrepancies in data.
Experience in team projects and the ability to meet defined team goals & deadlines with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
Interest and/or experience with the process of digital automation.
Familiarity with project management and CRM tools such as Trello, Jira, and Salesforce.
Enthusiasm for sports betting and sports in general.
