Who are we looking for We are looking for focused and hands-on professionals that think outside the box to provide improvement ideas and help us achieve our goals! About the position The Junior Copywriter crafts written content, including headlines, taglines, and short-form copy, supporting marketing campaigns and materials under the guidance of senior copywriters. Your main responsibilities Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets; Build good quality email marketing campaigns to improve user conversion rates; Deliver good-quality content by collaborating with design and growth teams; Edit, proofread, translate, and improve the content. Optimize content considering SEO techniques and Google Analytics; Ensure a strong web presence on various channels. Assist in writing clear, concise, and compelling copy for various marketing materials such as social media posts, blog articles, emails, lead magnets, internal communications and website content; Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines. Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required Education and Experiences: Proficiency in English and native Portuguese; Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field; 1+ year of experience as a social media professional, or Copywriter, or related field. Skills and Abilities: Strong command of written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation for English and Spanish language (write here if it's Portuguese or Spanish); Ability to undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets, creating engaging and persuasive copy; Proficiency in using copywriting tools and softwares, also experience in using AIDA and research for creation process; Knowledge of SEO techniques and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility; Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in copy deliverables; Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously; Demonstrated creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative and engaging copy. It will be advantageous if You have experience working in similar companies; You have relevant certifications or courses in copywriting or content marketing; You speak other languages, such as Spanish.
