We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our CRM team as a Junior CRM Specialist. This position is perfect for someone passionate about customer relationship management and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the CRM team by executing campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of CRM campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, and in-app notifications. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in segmenting customer lists for targeted campaigns.Support the CRM team in analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and providing insights that contribute to the optimization of CRM activities.Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure that all CRM communications are consistent with the brand's voice and style.Conduct research to understand customer behavior and trends, and provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant internships or coursework in CRM is a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic understanding of CRM platforms and email marketing tools is desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and external stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving with a basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.Eager to learn and grow within the field of CRM, with a keen interest in customer experience and marketing strategies.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new software tools relevant to the role.Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
