Junior Crypto Finance and Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

Finance/Operations:
Rigorously monitor client and exchange liquidity risks.
Execute precise FIAT and crypto financial settlements with liquidity providers.
Ensure meticulous management of invoices, payments, and tax audits.
Provide exceptional support to internal teams, external partners (liquidity providers, tech partners, FX, banking), and clients (onboarding, training, ticket handling).

Data:

Power BI: Develop and maintain advanced reports and KPIs, proactively identifying inconsistencies and risks.
Python: Implement sophisticated automations for internal processes.
Conduct comprehensive data capture (APIs, web scraping, market data) and scenario analysis.
Produce detailed documentation, reports, workflows, and presentations.

Qualifications:

Degree in a quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
Experience in financial markets, with a strong preference for crypto or FX.
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis programming languages (e.g., Python: pandas, sklearn, numpy, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn; R: ggplot2, dplyr, tidyverse, purrr).
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Fluent in English.
Highly Desirable: Proven experience in creating dashboards (Power BI).
