The Junior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for assisting with writing, proofreading, SEO, reporting, updating and publishing of content for the web as well as helping to monitor the overall usability and accuracy of consumer (B2C) and trade (B2B) websites etc.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Support lead-generation actions and campaigns on digital channels, employing effective strategies and tactics to attract and capture potential leads.
• Drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs.
• Generate insightful reports on key marketing metrics, analyze campaigns' effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance lead-generation efforts.
• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from marketing data, helping to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in lead-generation activities.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services to facilitate the sales process and improve the customer journey.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as CRM, sales, and communications teams, to align strategies, share insights, and ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across all channels.
• Update and adapt the content of B2C websites using CMS.
• Create promotional and informational landing pages using templates in CMS.
• Assist in troubleshooting website usability issues and errors.
• Supports the management of the daily activities of the e-commerce platforms (B2C), including new implementations and systems updates.

• Advanced English, oral and written skills. Any additional language is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree Marketing, equivalent education, or 2-3 years of experience with digital marketing.
• Proficient computer, web content management system experience, basic html, and internet skills.
• Ability to work in team, flexibly to the needs of the business and under pressure.
• Self-starter with problem solving attitude and great sense of urgency.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Performs other job-related functions as assigned and travel may be required.
• Photoshop skills are considered an advantage.
