About the Job We are looking for a Junior Legal Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
In this role, you will support the analysis and management of contracts (employment, commercial, NDAs) and review and organize legal documents to ensure compliance with data protection standards.
You will also assist in monitoring legal proceedings and provide support in corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property protection.
Responsibilities Assist with the analysis and management of contracts, including employment contracts, commercial agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).Review and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with data protection standards and applicable regulations.Monitor legal proceedings in collaboration with external law firms, tracking deadlines and procedures.Support the drafting of legal opinions, notices, and reports for internal departments.Participate in corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property protection tasks.Conduct legal research on legislation and regulatory changes to support decision-making.Minimum Qualifications Law degree.2+ years of experience in law firms or corporate legal departments.Knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team.Preferred Qualifications Experience or interest in working with startups and technology companies.Familiarity with data protection regulations and intellectual property laws.At Dadosfera, we celebrate diversity in all its forms and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment every day.
