The International Customer Support team is looking to expand.
We are recruiting for a role to ensure the quality and reliability of our affiliate marketing campaigns.This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for software testing and influencer marketing.
You will be responsible for supporting the International Customer Support team, which is focused on bringing a high-performance culture of excellence to all Brands and Creators at LTK.
The role will include supporting special projects and liaising across teams.This role requires dedication to detail, world-class follow-through, and a personality that is up to the task of playing a pivotal role in the effectiveness of our influencer and brand campaigns.
This individual must ensure that information is presented accurately and appropriately and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met promptly.
We seek someone who can work well under pressure, is flexible, and efficiently multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary.

How you will make an impact Monitor and report on the performance of affiliate links, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.Conduct thorough checks to verify that affiliate links lead to the intended destination.Support the International Customer Support team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for brands, creators, and affiliate networks.Review submissions of Creator content required by LTK brand advertisers through LTK-owned and other social platforms.Routine communication and updates to the International Customer Support team.What you bring to LTK Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to accurately identify defects and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate test results and collaborate with team members.Passion for quality assurance and influencer marketing.Professional Working English.Technical degree and/or 6 months of work experience in a technical fieldProficiency with general office software (Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Apps)Internship or part-time work experience in social marketing, marketing agency, and/or quality assuranceWillingness to take on various mundane or exciting tasks to achieve desired outcomes.Understanding of HTML and essential web technologies.Basic understanding of browser cookies and tracking technologies.The ideal candidate will also have Martech industry foundational knowledge: Knowledge of influencer marketing is helpful.Organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail to routinely produce zero-defect workBasic social media background with experience in multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and blog postingsDemonstrated problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindsetIdeal team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functionsMust be able to learn quickly and adapt to individual team requirementsPositive attitude with enthusiasm for changeAbility to work with limited supervision.
