What You'll Do: As part of the paid media team, you'll help set up and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) .
You'll also analyze data, adjust strategies, and learn how to create campaigns that exceed client expectations.
Campaign Management: Set up and optimize paid search and social media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to meet objectives such as lead generation, conversions, and ROI improvement.
Analyze performance: Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track campaign results and find ways to improve.
Collaborate with the team: Work closely with designers, SEOs, and content creators to make sure campaigns align with client strategies.
Learn and grow: Shadow senior team members on client calls, stay updated on the latest paid media trends, and apply what you learn to real campaigns.
Create reports: Generate and share campaign performance reports, focusing on metrics like click-through rates (CTR), keyword success, and audience engagement.
You Bring: 6+ months of hands-on experience managing paid search (Google Ads) and social media (Meta/Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics , Google Ads Editor , and Meta Ads Manager.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Previous experience in an agency or similar fast-paced, performance-driven environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
