The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project. Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Planning online service growth strategies for Brazilian market Execute the growth plans for the Brazilian market Validate the quality of services/contents for Brazilian market Daily monitoring of services/app performance and analysi Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1-year experience with Web apps or mobile apps in Brazilian market (or insights to grow and operate them in the market) Good sense of product design, development and implementation. Understand local user needs and be able to find product/growth opportunities. Know how content ecosystem works Good communication skill, candidates who can speak local language plus Chinese and English are preferred.
