Junior Project Manager (Oil & Gas) - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Our client  Beerenberg is seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Project Manager to join our expanding operations. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will be leading client projects in collaboration with Beerenberg team and also join the management team on sales and marketing initiatives. Fluency in both English and Portuguese is essential for effective communication and coordination with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ·        Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. ·        Take ownership of P&L and manage project financials. ·        Report to and interact with customers, providing customer support. ·        Lead weekly team meetings with clients. Conduct offshore visits to interact with the crew. ·        Lead sales pitching meetings to drive business growth.   Requirements: ·        Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Portuguese. ·        Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. ·        1-2 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas industry. ·        Strong understanding of project financials and cost management. ·        Excel in dynamic environments, managing every aspect of a project while collaborating effectively with others. ·        Ability to adapt to flexible work hours and occasional offshore visits. ·        Proficiency in basic IT tools and applications. ·        Experience in sales and marketing is preferred. Beerenberg is located in Rio de Janeiro and also maintains warehouse and workshop facilities in Macaé. Candidates residing in Macaé will be considered, though a substantial portion of the work will take place at the head office in Rio de Janeiro.
