Junior Quality Engineer

Job description:About the Team: You will be working in the Quality team at the Electronic Production Plant. Currently, the team has 5 members in addition to this position, including a direct coordinator.What you can look forward to as Junior Quality Engineer for Electronic Division:Lead the Advanced Quality Plan for Customer Programs following the company processes and the Product development process GDPEP;Report APQP and Quality Customer KPIs Status to Program Management and Quality Management;Moderate Cross-functional Elements of the APQP involving the relevant stakeholders;Responsible for the timely execution of APQP Elements and indication/escalation of non-fulfillment;Support the creation of Quality related elements and compliance with CSR's and ZF internal requirements;Report 0-km failures, warranty parts, and all other quality complaints from external customers using ZF methods and tools;Regular participation at Customer Q-Meetings and feedback to customers in accordance with customer requirements and expectations by using customer methods and tools;Kick off/monitoring/coordination of corrective actions at the plant as a result of 0-km failures, warranty parts, and all other quality complaints from external customers;Feedback to customers (8D-report).Your Profile as Junior Quality Engineer:Engineering degree or correlated areas;Fluent English (business level);Project management post-graduation as a differential;Knowledge of relevant IATF 16949, customers, ZF, and legal requirements;Experience in manufacturing/customer quality/APQP in a safety-related product;Knowledge within Quality Management Systems;Good communication and project leadership skills;Able to apply statistical tools and evaluate FMEA.
