POSITION PURPOSE
The junior sales specialist will focus on selling and promoting Intentional TC's transaction coordination services for various transaction types, including cash, subject to, hybrid, wrap, self-performed, seller finance, and novation transactions. This role will also include promoting Intentional TC's products, such as CRM setup services. Responsibilities include reaching out to current and potential clients through various channels, understanding client needs, sending proposals, closing deals, and keeping our CRM updated.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement: Engage with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, social media, and face-to-face interactions to understand their needs and provide assistance throughout the transaction process.
Sales Generation: Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our services to prospects, converting leads into sales.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and questions.
Needs Assessment: Listen to and understand client needs, offering services that meet their specific objectives.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Intentional TC's products and services, including pricing and features.
Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring clients are properly assisted throughout the transaction.
Client Support: Provide ongoing post-closing support, addressing issues and ensuring client satisfaction to foster loyalty and retention.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
COMPENSATION
Commission-only: 10% commission for every transaction.
PROBATION PERIOD
Six months of probation period.
Monthly evaluation by CEO/Supervisor.
