**POSITION PURPOSE**
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Sales Generation**: Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our services to prospects, converting leads into sales and maximizing revenue generation by reaching out to potential clients using different channels and social media.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by checking up on them and making sure that they are attended to when they have concerns or questions about their transactions.
- **Needs Assessment**: Listening to and understanding what the client needs and offering the right service that meets their specific needs and objectives.
- **Product Knowledge**: Being knowledgeable and having a strong understanding of Intentional TC's products and services such as pricing, features, and advantages of every service or product.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, by making sure that the client is endorsed to our team of transaction coordinators to properly assist them from the beginning of the transaction, opening of escrow, closing, and up to post-closing of a deal.
- **Client Support**: Provide ongoing support to client post-closing, checking up on them after the transaction, addressing any issues, escalating and resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to foster client loyalty and retention.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about market trends in the creative finance and transaction coordination industry, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
**COMPENSATION**
**- **_**Commission-only**:_ 10% commission for every transaction.
**PROBATION PERIOD**
- Six months of probation period
- Monthly evaluation by CEO/Supervisor
