About the role:As a Junior Sales Support Representative at ARRISE, you will manage daily integration tasks, track progress, and assist with the preparation of requirements for the integration team. And you can expect to learn, have fun, and make lifelong connections along the way.Responsibilities: Manage the integrations list on daily basis;Daily follow up on new and ongoing integrations;Preparation all needed requirement for the integration team;Ensure that the transition between business development and account management departments is seamless;Checking that the operator can implement all the special features required to go live (bonus, DGA, Auto pay out); Follow project management procedures to ensure timely completion of projects;Review project plans and resolve onsite problems;Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships between clients, BDM, AM, integrations and sales staff;Manage requests for info about clients and resolve all question by clients; Work with colleagues to achieve team objective and KPI targets; Help and support to the AM team; Ensure products in the agreement are live; Assisting with Brand splitting. Requirements:High school diploma, 4th degree education, all majors;Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;Strong written and spoken English language skills;Ability to learn quickly, as well as a quick and clear understanding of business strategy in order to ensure decisions in accordance with the same;Work under pressure;Teamwork and motivational skills;In-depth understanding of customer service practices;About us:ARRISE is a leading supplier of player-favourite content to the iGaming industry.
