What You'll Do
This is your opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Salesforce platform and assisting with various administrative tasks.
You will work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use and optimization of Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our business and be a big part of something big.
Assist in the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, data maintenance, and system configuration.
Provide frontline support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient Salesforce environment.
Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Participate in the implementation of new features, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that Salesforce is aligned with business processes.
Stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases and features, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of Salesforce administration concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in Salesforce administration.
Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress) is a plus.
Conga Composer and Adobe Sign experience a plus.
