Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior SAP HCM Developer at WÜRTH IT BRASIL based in Cotia, SP. The role involves software development, programming, and integration tasks related to SAP products. While primarily office-based, the position allows for some remote work. You are responsible for analyzing and creating technical concepts, specifications, and implementing SAP ABAP development projects In addition, programming and customizing SAP software solutions for our customer-specific projects will be part of your area of responsibility Furthermore, you will carry out interface analyses and developments in close cooperation with your colleagues and the specialist department You will develop and maintain our standard components and support your SAP colleagues in HR development projects In addition, you will develop technical documentation and carry out maintenance on the introduced software. Qualifications You 2-5 years of professional experience in programming, especially in the field of ABAP and Web Dynpro development We look forward to your UI5 knowledge as well as your experience in creating reports and adapting user exits and BAPIs You want to build up or expand your know-how in the HR area, show yourself to be a strong communicator and a team player You are fluent in English Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork skills
