About the Job
At Dadosfera, our projects are customized to meet each client's needs, providing real IMPACT wherever we go. As a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) Analyst, you will be part of a team focused on driving new business opportunities for Dadosfera. We are looking for a driven sales development professional, who is ready to make a meaningful impact by generating and qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in meeting their goals.
Responsibilities
Proactively contact and qualify leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp, based on established criteria.
Prospect and qualify leads from multiple channels such as LinkedIn and Google.
Create and manage prospecting lists, identifying leads that align with Dadosfera's products.
Develop and execute email cadence sequences to nurture leads.
Schedule meetings for Account Executives, coordinating availability and ensuring smooth handoffs.
Update and manage all sales activities in HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an SDR or similar sales development role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven ability to prospect and qualify leads, leveraging multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google).
Strong understanding of sales techniques and lead nurturing processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a technology or data-focused company.
English proficiency.
Familiarity with sales automation and cadence tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
