Junior Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager who have web sensibility and the passion for digital trends insight to join realme Brazil Marketing team!Job description1. Work with internal marketing functions like Product Marketing, Media, Public Relations, and Creative., to ensure realme social media actions contributes to marketing objectives2. Create original in-house content, especially viral short video, proactively and independently developing creative ideas and implement3. Operate realme Brazil social media accounts and realme community, to maintain and improve the engagement of fans from social media and community; manage the word of mouth4. Follow-up production of social media materials that match the platform, and cooperate with designers to ensure material quality5. Work with the media agency to formulate social boosting plans and complete promotion goals Job Requirements1. Sensitive to the content of social media platforms – i.e., Instagram, TikTok, which can effectively capture the hot spots and trends of the platform's dissemination2. Have strong creative ability, understand and proficient in the language of young people3. Love short videos and have experience in short video creationis a huge plus4. Bachelor degree or above, at least 1 year social media operation experience5. Love technology and electronic products and have strong visual aesthetic ability6. Great time management skills and attention to details7. Fluent in English
