Junior Software Developer - Mckinsey Digital

**Who You'll Work With**:

- You will join our Sao Paulo office as part of our McKinsey Digital Apprentice program.- McKinsey Digital brings together the best of McKinsey's digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses.
You will fully immerse yourself with a team of software developers.
As part of this group, you'll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.- Our office culture is casual and social, with an emphasis on education and innovation.
We have the freedom to try new ideas, experiment and are expected to be constantly learning and growing.
There is also a strong emphasis on mentoring others in the group, enabling them to grow and learn.
**What You'll Do**:- You will receive guidance and coaching from experienced consultants throughout this program, giving you a sense of McKinsey's people, values and spirit.
**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in computer science or any related course; or can demonstrate completion of a software development boot camp
- Knowledge in Java, C#, Node.js, HTML, cross browser CSS or JavaScript
- Knowledge in frameworks such as Spring and/or.Net; or in Javascript frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js
