Structured as a matrix organization of six geographic regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company operates in more than 100 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people worldwide.Job DescriptionWe are searching for a Junior Trader to assist the trading team in managing and analyzing destination positions, including activities linked to our certified and certifiable inventory.Responsibilities:Support colleagues with complex MS documents and databases, advising on best practices to improve processes.Collect and analyze data independently using pre-set tools and methods.Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices and summarize data for reports.Help identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.Identify and report non-compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, escalating as needed.Recognize and escalate financial or commercial risks related to construction works.Investigate incidents with suppliers/customers and recommend actions to ensure service delivery.Engage stakeholders to build relationships and address their needs and concerns.Assist in analyzing market data to support marketing and sales strategies.Risk Scenario Modeling: Support the analysis and assessment of risks to determine whether they are within the agreed risk appetite.Price & Volume Setting: Assist in developing models to determine optimal pricing and volumes.
