Who We Are Looking For:
We continue to grow and are looking to add a Zoho and ATS CRM Admin.To be successful in this position, you need to be diligent, love to interact with people and help solve problems.
As Zoho CRM Administrator you will play an essential role by providing technical support & training in CRM, creating & maintaining end user documentation, and developing reports, dashboards, and queries.
This position will also identify opportunities to simplify, optimize and automate processes as well as assist in the planning, execution & coordination of CRM- related projects.
What You'll Do:

Enhance CRM Functionality:
Support enhancements to objects, workflows,
layouts, email alerts, and templates.
?
Identify and Resolve Issues : Identify and appropriately escalate process or
product quality gaps and provide or implement suggestions for resolution when
possible.
?
Collaborate and Improve:
Work collaboratively with the internal team to identify
needs, employ best practices in a CRM environment, and seek ways to improve
processes and maximize CRM utilization.
?
Measure and Report : Effectively measure progress toward goals and objectives,
report and assess data, and utilize results for continuous improvement of sales
and marketing initiatives.
?
Develop Reports:
Build queries, dashboards, and reports in CRM and other
reporting software to monitor progress towards sales, utilization, and other
strategic goals.
?
Additional Duties:
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Need:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
? Proven experience working as a CRM and ATS admin is a
MUST.
? Experience: Proven experience working as a CRM Administrator.
? Skills:
? Strong technical knowledge of Zoho CRM and ATS CRM systems.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
? Effective communication skills to interact with team members and end-
users.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
