The key role of the eCommerce Manager is to drive the performance of Kaspersky's digital sales, gain a deep understanding of it, and effectively manage it. Key Responsibilities: Deliver performance of Kaspersky digital sales & digital KPIs (such as Net New Users, AR/subscription share, LTV, CAC) through owned channels and partnerships at global level by delivering digital experience and value for all segments of end users / customers (paid, trials, free). Accountable for acquisition and growth eCommerce streams. Develop Regional Omnichannel Strategy and execute it through owned platforms, marketplaces and direct commerce partners. Initiate and facilitate creation of omnichannel cross-department team (Digital - Tangible - Channel / SMB). Define and implement business rules and roles for site merchandising and all regional market moments. Manage promotions and offers strategies, ensure acquisition and retention campaigns are on time, quality and on message with required level of adaptation and localization for different markets. The main goal is to manage path to conversion / purchase and improve customer experience. Improve performance and path to conversion by relying on global CXO and CRO guidance across all platforms - branded sites, digital marketplaces, MyKaspersky, in-app. Analyze and report on all KPIs (new net users, revenue, CPA, LTV, subscription share) to Digital management team, including Forecasts. Qualifications: Entrepreneurial mindset and data-driven approach. Results-oriented, focused on achieving key performance metrics. Solid knowledge of eCommerce platform functionality and industry best practices. Experience in B2B environments is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
