A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About the roleKey responsibilities• Be the POC (point of contact) between the global team and the regional/local team to deploy strategies, programs and/or projects that must be executed in LATAM aligned with our Beyond the Horizon program and thus achieve our global and regional objectives in reducing carbon emissions, reducing water and electricity consumption.• Lead the feasibility analysis of sustainability projects (climate impact…carbon, water, electricity) together with the maintenance, production, process technology and controller managers.• Identify cross-Latam opportunities in the main climate impact indicators and propose projects that eliminate, reduce, mitigate them in 100% alignment with our global BTH Beyond The Horizon strategy• Work with specialist suppliers on project proposals for carbon reduction and/or zero carbon emissions, water reduction/recovery and reduction of electric energy use.• Propose the use of cutting-edge technology so that opportunities are mapped through our Process Technology Excellence program and thus contribute additionally to our Accelerate LATAM program• Work with proposals focused on water stress, stewardship, energy recovery, use of solar, wind, etc. energy... cogeneration, biomass, renewable and clean energy.• Benchmark with the industry and market to bring the best projects to Kerry Latam• Collaborate with the project engineering team on the concept of Sustainability from Design• Lead and co-lead sustainability projects together with the project engineering team and/or maintenance managers.Qualifications and skills• Engineering bachelor's degree or related• At least 7 years of experience leading regional sustainability and utility projects (Latam)• Fluent English - The interviews will be in English. / Desirable Spanish• Available to travel abroad*Site: Campinas, SP
