The KAM Team is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Betfair International client management strategy. The team is tasked with building strong relationships with our most important customers, understanding the true needs of our clients in local markets, and using their experience and customer insights to drive future changes in the commercial and product areas.This is a fast-paced, results-driven role with responsibility for the relationship management of Betfair's high-value customers in the Brazilian market. This entry-level role into Relationship Management is aimed at individuals aspiring to become brand ambassadors for Betfair's high net-worth clientele through ensuring excellent delivery of the client management strategy, high engagement levels, and overall adherence to required processes and policies.The role is stationed in Brazil, and the successful applicant will be required to be positioned in our Brazil Office.What you'll do:Build strong and solid client relationships.Achieve high engagement and service level targets with a focus on long-term sustainability and responsible gaming.Ownership of a portfolio of high-level clients with a bespoke approach.Proactively anticipate client's requirements.Improve customer experience.Compile client feedback to support improvements to customer experience and identify commercial opportunities.Adhere to and deliver against set policies and guidelines in a timely manner.Understand how our clients behave and the commercial impact from both individual and portfolio levels.Ensure that sufficient evidential information is sourced to meet any Anti-Money Laundering and Responsible Gambling requirements through strong relationships with customers.Attend hospitality events to host clients, including evenings and weekends.What you'll bring:A keen interest in the gambling industry and in Sports/Casino.Previous experience in a customer-facing position, including but not limited to sales and account management roles.Excellent literacy and interpersonal skills, both in spoken and written Portuguese and English.Incredibly strong customer focus and customer contact manner face-to-face and over the phone.Ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate well with others.Ability to operate at high pace and under pressure, prioritizing workload based on urgency.Previous experience in the industry or similar verticals would be advantageous but is not required.Why choose us:Aside from a generous base salary, we have a fantastic benefits & rewards program that is designed to encourage personal and career development.What's in it for you:Our experience-based salaries are competitive.Your package will include:Discretionary annual performance bonus.30 days paid leave.Health Insurance for you and your partner, children, and parents or parents-in-law (up to 5 dependents).A personal interest allowance to let you learn something new or pursue a hobby.Looking to extend your family?
