We want to give everyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (and Vietnam, Bangladesh, Turkey in future) quickly, easily, and safely.JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, international group of eCommerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world, and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, and Portugal.**Responsibilities**- Generate GMV through pipeline and forecast management- Attract new clients- Prepare commercial proposals based on clients' requests, negotiate and close deals- Participate in industry conferences, eCommerce sellers clubs and communities to establish JoomPro as a leading B2B partner in Brazil**Requirements**:- Native or advanced Portuguese- Fluent English- Established relations in eCommerce sellers community- Field proved sales record- Good communication skills- Analytical mindset- Proactive approach**Preferred**- Experience with b2b- Experience in cross-border eCommerce**We are offering**- CLT employment with all benefits according Brazil labour law- Flexible working hours and 30 days of paid annual leave- Extended health insurance for the employees, their spouses, and children, including dental care coverage- 100% paid sick leaves- Personal development: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate library- Daily meal allowance- Annual team retreats
