Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position: Main responsibilities Monitoring and Enhancing Online Sales Activity : Ensure an exceptional User Experience on the E-commerce (ECOM) channel, covering aspects such as design, aesthetics, content, navigation, branding, marketing, performance, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns. Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies. Analyze specific E-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.). Ensure that all E-commerce activities align with the brand's sense of purpose. Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis : Analyze the digital role in the consumer path to purchase and consumer online searches. Collect and connect working knowledge about e-retailers. Excellence through Optimization and Innovation : Create and maintain an online e-business plan, including e-promotional calendars, product exclusivities, cross-selling mechanisms, and data ownership within brand websites and e-retailers' platforms. Foster synergies between internal and external partners in marketing or digital activities. Drive growth by implementing creative solutions to attract and convert more visitors. Building and Managing Long-Term E-commerce Relationships : Lead and negotiate annual agreements with E-commerce partners. Develop plans, KPIs, and goals for each E-commerce partner. Identify new E-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth. Prepare and present product proposals to current and potential E-commerce partners. Analyze E-commerce partner sales reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities. Overseeing Performance Marketing Initiatives : Drive performance marketing strategies to enhance online sales. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Requirements Degree in Business, Data science, or a similar field. 5-year experience in data management and data analysis First experience in Business Intelligence or Financial analysis would be a plus Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Provide analytics to help influence strategic decision making and financial investments.
