Considering the moment of transformation and growth of Fluke Brazil, we are looking for a vertical Key Account Manager to support our growth and create a high-level relationship with our customers. A quota carrying role focused on customer relationships with named accounts. Orchestrates sales and may include renewals. Ensures customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Responsible for developing new business, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships. Sales cycles are generally very long and require Executive approval from the Customer and the Company. Manages revenue goals for the given account/client. Plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, long-term business relationships and customer satisfaction with a multi-year focus. SCOPE & IMPACT Set and monitor sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success. Identify and attract prospective strategic customers. Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients' requirements are met. Leverages the organization's key differentiators to develop a viable long-term strategy. Ensures own work is aligned with the organization's objectives. Account Management activities including major account planning, maintaining sales funnel, customer relationship management, sales forecasting, and quota attainment. Requirements: Advanced English level is required. Previous experience as Sales Account is required (2 Years+). Electronic Engineering Degree. MBA or similar desirable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strategic and tactical profile. Value or consultative sales training and experience. Problem solving skills. Business and results oriented. Teamwork and Collaboration. Have experience in implementing strategies. Have account management analytical skills.
