We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry, located in the South America or North America, to join our team.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.
About the Role - Main Responsibilities: In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) Within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications - Position Requirements: Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
Project management skills.
Advanced Spanish is a must.
