If you agree, we'd love to talk.Position OverviewAs a Key Account Manager focusing on expansion opportunities, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the LATAM and Spanish customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring the successful positioning of existing learning and development projects delivered to the customer to expand into other business units/departments within that same account, or expand into new territories of the company. You will leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to overcome challenges and drive our business forward.What You'll Do:Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts mapping and navigating complex organizations.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the learning and development sector to expand our presence within existing accounts.Sales Strategy: Identify, position and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions to address their learning and development goals.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for Voxy growth.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, marketing, product development, and product support, to ensure a seamless client experience.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for senior management.What We're Looking For:7+ years of proven experience in key account management, business development, and B2B sales within the learning and development sector.Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.Ability to think strategically, overcome challenges, and drive business growth in a dynamic environment.Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Must be based in Brazil and able to work remotely.In addition to a rewarding job that will directly impact how millions of students learn English, working here, you'll enjoy:Competitive salary (base/bonus/commission).Great benefits: medical insurance, cell phone & wifi reimbursement, home office & wellness budget, team events.Remote friendly work policies.Language classes w/ Voxy.Work with an international team based in the U.S., and globally.Ongoing professional development and reimbursement for attendance at industry or professional conferences!Incredible team of super bright, creative, talented and passionate individuals.We believe in a workplace that is meant for everyone.
