We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. This position is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements, linked with the ResMed OKRs.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Let's talk about the role
- Developing trust relationships and management with a portfolio of main accounts (distributors and resellers), focused on ResMed Connected Solutions.
- Being responsible for the accounts to achieve quarterly and annual quota
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Let's talk about you
- Previous commercial experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-years college or university and a minimum of two (2) years successful at the business to business sales
- Proven experience as Assistant Territory Manager or similar position
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Must preferably reside in São Paulo or Southeast region, Brazil, and being able to travel within territory minimum of 50% of time
- Clinical and Technical capabilities for handling and understanding the ResMed portfolio
Preferred (Qualifications/experiences that are preferred for the position)
- Physiotherapy degree, with experience in Respiratory Care.
- Advanced Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) package
- Advanced English
