YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
The Customer Success Specialist´s key role and responsibility is to follow, interact and engage customers across their journey through selling value of our platform, aiming to a unique and common goal:
customer engagement and retention.
Connected to Bayer's key values and behaviors, this position requires ownership and customer centricity in all daily activities that will drive seamless customers' experience with our product. This role requires a mindset driven by flexibility and experimentation to find the best ways to reach Key Accounts customers, based on product knowledge and collaboration with key internaland external stakeholders.
Customer Success, Engagement & Retention.
Product Support and Problem Solving. Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Studies, Computer Science, Business, Agronomy, Engineering or related field.
Experience with Row crops and knowledge about agriculture and Key accounts.
Is a plus:
Sales Experience (in field) and work experience in a customer support role (in person or over phone).
Desirable:
Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of Farm Management Information Systems.
Intermediate English.
Advanced Skills in Empresa importante Office:
Excel Formulas and Presentation Tools.
Desirable:
analytical skills, hability to handle data and build dashboards in Excel and Power Bi to drive decision making process.
Desirable:
Computer skills:
Apple hardware (MacBook, iPad, iPhone), Salesforce, JIRA.
Is a plus:
knowledge about agile methodology.
Desirable:
interpersonal skills, able to connect with all profiles inside a Key accounts groups mill:
from directors, managers, coordinators, analysts and operators.
Resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
