Konnect Way, a rapidly expanding software development company with its heart in Ireland, is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Technical Recruiter (Technical Lead) located in Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia.
This remote, part-time contractor position (4 hours per day ), offers you the flexibility to work independently while contributing to international projects.

What We're Looking For
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, PHP, RESTful API, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery.
Knowledge of Dojo and Kotlin is nice to have.
Familiarity with CI/CD systems, Docker, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
Diploma
in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in application development using related technologies:
5+ years
Experience in Technical Recruitment:
1+ years of recruiting technical roles with expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring backend and frontend engineers.
Assessment Proficiency:
Skilled in creating and managing coding challenges, technical assessments, and live problem-solving sessions.
Global Talent Acquisition:
Proven ability to source candidates across multiple geographies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English to collaborate with candidates and stakeholders.
Organizational Abilities:
Proficient in managing complex hiring pipelines with data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
Identify and engage skilled engineers using advanced sourcing techniques.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
Align the recruitment process with organizational expectations.
Technical Interview Coordination:
Organize and oversee multi-stage interview processes, including technical assessments and problem-solving sessions.
Ensure that interviews cover key areas and best practices of backend and frontend development.
Provide candidates with pre- and post-interview guidance.
Employer Branding:
Communicate company values, mission, and technical strengths effectively to attract top talent.
Ensure a seamless and transparent candidate experience.
