Kpit | Project Manager | São Paulo

Responsibilities:• Deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.• Monitor and track project progress daily, ensuring alignment with objectives.• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to senior management.• Identify project execution risks and work with key stakeholders to manage and mitigate them proactively.• Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.• Ensure adherence to organizational goals and service level agreements.• Mentor team members on best practices, design techniques, and tool usage.• Collaborate with management to establish and enforce departmental policies and best practices.• Evaluate and measure team performance, providing guidance for improvement.• Enable the team to achieve high performance and quality, holding them accountable for results.• Ensure compliance with standards like MAN03 and MAN05 while implementing best practices.• Support change management and configuration management processes.• Provide assistance in quality assurance activities and audits.Requirements:• Solid understanding of software development processes.• Preferable experience with Embedded C and AUTOSAR.• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic thinking abilities.• Self-driven, independent, and well-organized work ethic.• Knowledge of the ASPICE framework.
