What you will do:
Stay current with the latest backend technologies and trends.
Provide
L2 backend support , diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues for customers.
Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain backend systems using
Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB.
Collect and analyze data to ensure all necessary technical details are available for resolving advanced backend-related tickets.
Gather key technical information to facilitate the resolution of intricate backend issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions, offering high-quality technical support.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our client's backend products and services.
Handle customers' sensitive information with the highest level of security and care.
Collaborate with developers and departments across various IT companies to diagnose and address backend technical challenges.
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
2+ years experience in back-end software development
Proficiency in
Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB
Good understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, load balancers, queues, and clustering
Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and caring attitude with a can-do approach
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
Experience with Kafka, Groovy, and container environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)
Knowledge of performance tuning techniques
Understanding of financial sector derivatives
