Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Analyst.
This position will support AMZL EDSP expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption.
As Learning Analyst, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving process standardization and process improvement.
You will also perform quality audits and follow up metrics measurement that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.
Candidate must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight, as needed.
Candidate must have availability to travel up to 15% of the time.
Key job responsibilities: Onboard EDSP Partners so that they learn how to operate with Amazon systems and tools;Create training material for EDSP team;Lead training sessions and work actively on AMZL; EDSP new node launches;Support network-level excellence in Six Sigma and Lean practices by designing and implementing processes, metrics, and ensuring proper system usage;Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to support process improvements, share best practices, and standardize the work routine.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSCompleted Bachelor's Degree;Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development;Experience using and communicating performance metrics;Fluent Portuguese and Intermediate English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSOperations Background;Cross-functional project experience;Certifications in Instructional Design, Six Sigma and Lean;Experience with Learning Programs in multiple formats (Hybrid, Synchronous and Asynchronous).
