In this role, you will be the program marketing lead responsible for launching the Amazon Logistics brand, as well as developing the delivery partner recruitment, activation and engagement strategy, in Brazil. You will partner closely with program, technology, marketing, and operations teams in NA, APAC, and EMEA to understand business plans and help deliver great experiences for delivery partners that solve for business needs. This includes partnering with local teams to setup and operationally execute marketing plans in new expansion markets.This role is located in Sao Paulo.Key job responsibilitiesWork at the strategic level to champion bold and creative ideas, and at a tactical level to ensure execution excellence of plans.Own top-level marketing plan and goals, and ensure that the team meets its related objectives.Be responsible for delivery partner acquisition and engagement in Brazil, including managing recruitment funnels and developing marketing recruitment and lifecycle materials.Develop communications for our delivery partners, maintaining the Amazon Logistics brand voice and localizing content to fit with the Brazil market's needs.Maintain and refine scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns.Earn trust from internal and external partners, manage multiple projects, and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment.Conduct data analysis to identify forward looking capacity risks. Identify gaps in driver capacity and work with stakeholders to address proactively.A day in the lifeThis is the lead marketing and engagement role partnering with the Amazon Logistics International Expansions program team. With significant ownership, on any given day you could move through a number of different areas such as discussing brand positioning and research with the business, working with recruitment tools and/or agencies on improving the recruitment funnel, building communications and engagement campaigns to encourage program participation, analyzing delivery partner data to better understand their behavior, or writing marketing plans to optimize delivery partner acquisition and lifecycle programs.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree;Experience developing and managing marketing and/or channel programs, and demonstrated success in creating professional, compelling and lead generation strategies;Highly developed and polished written and verbal communication skills;Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data to make recommendations and drive decisions;Advanced knowledge of Excel;Fluent Portuguese and advanced English skills;PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA, Masters or advanced degree;Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include digital advertising, lead nurture programs, live events, webinars, and social media;Strong sense of brand and editorial voice, with the ability to harmonize message across multiple channels and marketing vehicles, as well as localize content to fit with the Brazil market;Team player and leader with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders, and thrive in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment;Strong project management skills and experience, including owning end-to-end solutions, and managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once;Comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to work independently and autonomously;Experience working internationally.Posted: November 13, 2024 (Updated 2 days ago)Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
