EdgeUno is in search of an enthusiastic, fast-paced, resourceful expert **Last Mile Relationship Manager** to play a pivotal role in enhancing last-mile delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction by implementing optimization strategies and fostering strong carrier relationships.
**Core Responsibilities**
Carrier Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with last-mile carriers to ensure a reliable and efficient last-mile delivery network.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with last-mile carriers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Address and resolve issues, disputes, and challenges that may arise during the last-mile delivery process.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of last-mile carriers.
- Regularly assess carrier performance against established metrics and collaborate with carriers to address any deficiencies or areas for improvement.
Optimization Strategies:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing last-mile delivery routes and processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery speed, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction within the last-milenetwork.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data related to last-mile delivery operations and carrier performance to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between the company and last-mile carriers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of last-mile delivery strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in carrier relations, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with last-mile delivery processes.
