We are looking for a HR Services Senior Associate - Latam Benefits will oversee and administer Benefits Process in Latam. The HRS Senior Associate for Benefits at Equinix will be responsible for supporting employees with their benefits queries, working with our partners and insurers, administering various benefits plan and will have the opportunity to work and contact with multicultural teams.
**What you'll be doing**
- Highly skilled specialist that contributes to the development of new concepts and techniques, consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action. Responsible for the execution of all HR services and processing queries up to Tier 2. Assists with Tier 3 queries and special projects
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, life insurance, meal and food vouchers and other allowances in Latam countries;
- Understand end to end processes deeply and can easily assist in all steps of a multiple step process. Supports full region;
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and brokers to ensure the smooth operation of benefits program;
- Support employees with their Tier 2 questions and requests through our Case Management System.
- Create and improve the internal knowledge about benefits processes;
- Create, improve and keep update the HR articles and guides on benefit-related matters;
- Ensure employees are enrolled in their benefits;
- Work closely with benefits vendors and brokers to resolve issues and optimize service delivery;
- Benefits invoices management;
- Understands and executes on SLA and KPI's
- Provide excellent customer service, high quality resolution and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines
- Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance, and other policy requirements
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all communications and stakeholder support
- Act proactively and preventively in benefit negotiation and market feasibility and best practices of the inclusion of benefits in Latin America countries
**What we'll expect from you**
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Solid knowledge and ability in negotiation
- Experience in benefits administration in Latin America countries
