We develop, build, manage, and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day.Position Profile:You will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects. In this role, you will cultivate new business to help generate new opportunities which include defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, and formulating potential solutions based on client requirements. The candidate will have experience with Directors and C-level contacts and must have the ability to develop, grow, and execute the sales cycle in medium and enterprise organizations.Duties & Responsibilities:Prospecting for new business and upgrading existing clientsBuild a robust pipeline of qualified opportunitiesComplete customer requirements analysisIdentify pain points for all prospects and accountsCommunicate with technology partnersObtain and exceed assigned quotaPrepare and update business planProficient understanding and utilization of sales reportingManage your territoryFollow described fulfillment processesEnsure & submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service ordersProvide product/services demonstrations and presentationsOversee proper implementation and 'hand-off' of client from sales to servicesEnsure appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledgeEffectively respond to opportunities and Request for Proposals/Information (RFQ/P/I)Attend and successfully complete training requirementsRequired Qualifications:Valid PassportBachelor's degreeNative and fluent English-speakingValid driver's license and reliable transportationMinimum of five years of experience in Technology Solutions Sales related to at least eight of our solutions and servicesMinimum of five years of experience in managing an open territory to drive new salesMinimum of five years of experience in senior leadership and C-Level relationship buildingUnderstanding of sales skills and techniquesComplex solution sellingAbility to achieve high sales volumesMinimum of four recent Sales/Technical CertificationsBusiness Development / Pre-Sales (Sales and Technical)Ability to perform without direct supervisionExcellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levelsCommission Programs:Solutions CommissionsServices CommissionsProduct CommissionsRenewal CommissionsProfessional Services CommissionsQuota Achievement BonusesBenefits Summary:401(k)401(k) MatchingDental InsuranceFlexible ScheduleFlexible Spending AccountHealth InsuranceHealth Savings AccountVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Maternity/Paternity/Adoption leaveTuition ReimbursementOmni Business Solutions is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
